*All Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7days prior to your booking date.
*Bookings cancelled up to 72hours prior to your booking date will be subject to a 50% cost of the treatment price or you can reschedule your booking to another date that is within 30days of your existing booking.
*Bookings cancelled up to 24hours before your booking date will be subject to 100% cost of the treatment. No amendment of any booking can be made up to 24hours before your booking date.
